Cally and Harvey came home Monday. Much is still up in the air but there doesn't appear to be an immediate threat that Harvey will be taken.

We are still very nervous, but hopeful. LDS Family Services is providing all the legal counsel now and there are a lot of skilled lawyers working on this. I think the goal is still to try to get jurisdiction moved to Utah and to get someone appointed to speak for Harvey's interests in Idaho and Utah.
I mailed Christmas letters today. This fight has been consuming all our time and energy. We haven't done any shopping yet.
