We got a couple of inches of snow this morning-- the first real snow of the winter for us in Madison. I thought the pine tree in our neighbor's yard looked pretty with the snow on the branches.

Snow on the mountains and in other people's yards is beautiful. Snow in my yard or on streets where I must drive is not very appealing.
I'm glad it's you and not us! We had our first fire in our wood-burning stove yesterday. It hasn't really been cold enough for it until now.
