This is just a quick update on our family. We have rented an apartment in Springfield, Ohio, and the moving company comes tomorrow to pack our house and move us there. We have had very few people look at our house so far, so it looks like it may be some time before it sells. The apartment will be our temporary home until we can sell our house and buy a new one in Ohio. Here is the address and phone number. (It is now Friday night Feb 3 and we are moved in, although we can hardly walk through all the boxes.)

Good luck with everything. It sounds like quite an adventure. Moving can be such a pain. You may get more interest in your house when it is empty.
We were only able to sell our house after we moved out. Probably because we were unwilling to pack up half of our stuff and put it in storage—they always want your house to look nearly empty.
And that was in a good housing market.
