I had a late season tag for anterless elk on Kennecott property so Jed went with me this morning to fill it. We had the elk down and gutted by 9 a.m. and were home by noon. That is my favorite kind of hunt. I'm glad we got it doen easily because I am coming down with a cold.
We haven't heard from Creed for about 11 days. We think he got sent out from the MTC to his first area this week, so it might be several more days before we get word from him. We hope Monday is his new P-day and that he has access to a computer.

It looks like a fat one!
I don't get why walking around in the cold is fun, though.
