Mariana, here are a couple receipes I use a lot with fresh fruit.
Apple Crunch (also good with peaches or pears )
1/4 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup quick oatmeal
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar (sometimes I use only 1/2 cup)
1/4 tsp. salt
6 - 8 medium apples (Granny Smith, or Yellow Gold)
Cut butter into oats, flour, sugar, and salt. Peel, core and slice apples into buttered shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon joice and water. Spoon peanut butter mixture over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes until apples are tender.
Serve hot or cold with cool whip or ice cream.
