I(Mariana) would like it if you could send me recipes for a recipe book. I'm doing it for a Young Women's project. Please get them to me as soon as you can! You will receive a finished copy.

Mariana, here is a good recipe for white fish (tilapia, Mahi Mahi, etc.)
4(6 oz) fish filets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
salt/pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients except fish in frying pan and stir well. Add fish and cook over medium heat approximately 25 minutes or until sauce is thick and reduced, turning filets occasionally.
I will also give you the recipe to my most favorite sugar cookies!
1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
combine buter and sugar then add
2 eggs add one at a time
1 cup sour cream
(1 tbl spoon lemon juice with cannned milk until you reach 1 cup or you can use real sour cream)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
4 1/2 cups flour
combine all ingredients in bowl and refridgerate for 2 hours. Place a small amount of flour on the counter and roll out into shapes. Cook at 350 for 9-10 min.
Frosting:
4 oz of cream cheese
1/4 cube butter
1/2 bag of powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1-2 tbl spoons of milk
This is my favorite breakfast recipe. We like it so much that sometimes I cook it for dinner. (German Oven Pancakes) I am also very famous for my pancakes from scratch, Jenine called me for the recipe when Flint and I were having dinner at a very expensive restuarant. So I'll put that recipe down too, and then even my kids will finally have it.
German Oven Pancakes
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour, unsifted
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400. Put butter in glass 9" pie plate. Bake 5 minutes until butter melts and bubbles. Adkist jeat tp 450. Put milk, flour, sugar, eggs and alst into blender. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Remove dish from oven and pour mixture in all at once. Return to oven andbake for 20 minutes at 450. Lower heat to 350 and bake 8-10 minutes longer. Serve with pancake toppings or fresh fruit.
Pancakes
2 cups flour
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons oil
1/4 sugar
Approxiamately 2 1/2 cups milk
Pour onto HOT griddle
My batter is usually thick and I spread it out after I drop the mixture onto HOT griddle. You can adjust the amount of pancake batter by adding more or less flour. Just keep the flour, egg, and baking powder portions the same. If pancakes don't get a nice dark color add a little sugar.
